Kevin Langford is a seasoned investor and entrepreneur with a strong foundation in real estate and private market investments. He began his career working alongside regional developers and investment groups across the Midwest, where he developed a hands-on understanding of property acquisition, capital structuring, and long-term value creation.
In 2011, Kevin relocated to New York to expand his focus into larger-scale opportunities and more dynamic markets. Since then, he has been actively involved in sourcing and evaluating investments across residential and mixed-use developments, with a focus on disciplined underwriting and strategic execution.
